This is done by giving names to periods of time, typically years, months, days and weeks. The name given to each day is known as date. The calendar is also a hard copy or physical device, often paper. This also contains the upcoming functions, events and appointments and so on. In addition, it is computerized systems and that will remind the users. By using the calendar, we planned the regular schedule for our life. Besides, pocket calendars areone of the best and we can place it in our pocket. It is more comfortable and easy to use it. Pocket calendar is an information planner and it is fit neatly into chest pocket. It is smaller in size and it is easy and comfortable to carry the calendar in a pocket, purse or bag and so on. It has much number of pages that are very similar to a wall calendar. It has enough spaces to write the events or task for the person to do. Many of it has day planner, and also have some spaces to enter phone number, address of our well wishers. It is also known as a guide or task shower for our future.
